Optimal Readings Expands Radiology Optimization Services through Acquisition of Pin Point Radiology

Optimal Readings Augments Radiology Services and Broadens National Coverage Area for Hospitals and Radiology Groups

BIRMINGHAM, Ala, December 6, 2007 – Optimal Reading Services Group, Inc., a provider of optimization services for radiology, announced today it has acquired Pin Point Radiology of Fort Worth, Texas. Under the terms of the agreement, Optimal Readings and Pin Point will combine all of their operations, and Pin Point will bring its radiology management contracts with hospital and radiology group clients ranging from the Mid-Atlantic region to Florida under the Optimal service optimization platform. Pin Point’s radiologists will join the Optimal Readings team and will augment Optimal Readings radiology services capabilities to further optimize, supplement and extend the radiology operations of its customers.

The acquisition expands Optimal Readings’ customer base while bringing to Pin Point’s customers Optimal’s suite of offerings including its greater breadth of specialization and coverage capabilities.
