Optimal ADOPT

Optimal Readings provides one-on-one training for everyone at the customer site that will be involved in working with our solution and collaborating with our radiologists.  This includes training for all technicians, doctors and nurses that come in contact with Optimal Readings solution.  Optimal Readings’ radiologists are trained and certified on the Optimal system.  During training, users receive a comprehensive training manual and instructions on how to access Optimal Readings physicians and staff if problems are experienced.  The ADOPT phase, which  is designed to ensure all of our customers and their uses have a positive and satisfying experience with our services and systems, is the key to a successful “go-live” system start and serves as the crucial bridge from start-up to the long-term satisfaction of our customers.
