Optimal IMPLEMENT

The Optimal Readings implementation process includes building the complete system in the lab, installing all software (viewing software, anti-virus and other applicable software) and performing extensive quality tests on the systems prior to installation at the customer’s site.  Optimal’s implementation staff will oversee the installation of the system and connectivity necessary to be efficient and secure transfer of the studies over the Internet.  During the implementation our team will provide customized consultation with you to best tailor the system reporting tools to meet your needs.  Once live, we will perform a review of the workflow and thoroughly test the system for optimization.
